Return & Exchange Policy

We take great care in preparing every order. If you believe there was an issue with your delivery, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your item so we can review and resolve the situation.

If an issue is determined to be the result of an error on our end (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. For returns or exchanges not related to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all tags and materials

  • Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of contacting our support team

  • All returns must receive prior approval before being shipped back

Any item returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Custom size or made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Items purchased during promotional events or holiday sales are not eligible for refunds. These items may be eligible for exchange or store credit at our discretion.

Exchange Processing & Timeframe

Once your return is approved and received, please allow up to 21 days for processing an exchange.

Replacement items will be shipped only after the original item has been received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on product availability.

Refund Policy

Eligible items may be returned for a refund within 15 days of delivery, provided the return has been approved and the item meets all return conditions.

If the return is due to an error on our part, return shipping costs will be covered. For all other eligible returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please allow 3–4 weeks from the date you ship your return for the refund to be completed. This timeframe includes:

  • 5–10 business days for return transit

  • 3–5 business days for inspection and processing

  • 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the refund

Promotional items, giveaway items, and final sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Returns made with the intent to repurchase items at a discounted price may be delayed or denied. If duplicate orders are placed, only the lower-priced order may be eligible for refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing info@purplepistols.com with your order details.

We will do our best to accommodate requests made within this window. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.

You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been processed.

Where to Send Returns

All returns and exchanges must be approved before shipping.

Once your return is authorized, we will provide detailed return instructions. Please do not send items back without approval, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
