Shipping Policy

U.S. Domestic Shipping

Purple Pistols offers free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. No minimum purchase is required and there are no hidden fees.

Free shipping orders are typically shipped via USPS Priority Mail. In some cases, orders may ship via UPS Ground depending on package size, destination, or carrier availability.

Customers may select upgraded shipping options during checkout when available.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select destinations. International shipping rates, available carriers, and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Delivery times begin once the order has shipped.

U.S. Orders
Standard shipping orders typically arrive within 3 business days after shipment, unless a different shipping method is selected at checkout.

International Orders
International delivery times vary by destination and shipping method, but most orders arrive within 4–14 business days. Customs processing may extend delivery times beyond these estimates.

While we make every effort to deliver orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. These may include severe weather conditions, carrier or transit disruptions, customs processing delays, or incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment in real time.

Damaged or Defective Orders

All orders are inspected prior to shipment. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery by emailing info@purplepistols.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and original packaging so we can review the issue and assist you promptly.

Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
