If a dispute arises, both parties will attempt to resolve it in good faith by providing written notice and documentation of the dispute and allowing reasonable time for resolution. Any unresolved disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party waives the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.
